Mark has been taking photographs since his secondary school days where as one of the subject options he chose Film Studies. The chosen subject gave him the opportunity to use a 35mm SLR camera for the first time. From that moment on he was bitten with the photography bug.
After leaving secondary school in 1976 he managed to secure employment which provided him with the necessary finance to purchase his first SLR camera which was a Pentax K1000. Timegrabber later returned to education via night classes to study “O” level photography which is when he was introduced to developing black and white film.
Several decades later Mark is still enjoying a love affair with photography the only difference being that he now uses a choice of Canon digital cameras.
